Car insurance?

Is It Recommended To Have Rental Auto Insurance?
Could I would like goods holding vehicle  insurance ?
"Insurance co.deducted $ 334 from my arrangement till September 2010.If I purchase another car the policy doesnt exchange to the new-car hence the coverage is settled entirely
